Description of the mission:

Your main mission will be to carry out the analysis, development, maintenance (support for our customers and partners) and the evolution of our GLPI software as part of our professional offer GLPI Network Subscriptions:

  • You will provide technical support (level 3) for bug fixes
  • You will carry out functional and technical studies (specifications)
  • You will develop the specified functionalities
  • You will set up the tests and write the test notebooks
  • You will write the documentation of the functionalities carried out

Your profile: 

  • You are an autonomous teamplayer
  • You know how to master the LAMP environment (Linux Apache MySQL PHP)
  • Versatile in web development
  • You know how to produce efficient, clear, documented and tested code
  • You are fluent in technical English, have excellent writing in French and know how to communicate directly with customers / partners
  • You know Model-View development concepts
  • You analyze and optimize SQL queries (mainly MySQL)

Knowledge Requirements:

Channel Manager - CDI

TECLIB’ is an IT services company specializing in free technologies and Open Source. Our company is based in Paris and has agencies in Chartres, Caen, Nantes, Bordeaux and Montpellier.

Teclib today brings together around fifty collaborators. Publisher of the “GLPI” ITSM solution, Teclib resells via its network of partners of the professional subscription “GLPI Network”.

As part of its growth and the worldwide popularity of GLPI (https://glpiproject.org/telemetry/ ), we are looking for a business manager /commercial able to prospect the companies already users or not of GLPI and resell our professional offer whether for “on-premise” GLPI instances or our cloud offer.

Description of the job:

Your main mission will be to manage the relationship with our French partners and to prospect French and European markets.

You will have regular access to a database of professional users of GLPI, who will have to be contacted to present the GLPI Network professional subscription and what it brings. Explain to them the offer and convert them into customers.

Prospects will need support on the software, you will have to redirect them to our partners who manage all the integration/configuration part of GLPI, the publisher focusing exclusively on the development of the product and the GLPI Network professional subscription. 

You will need to ensure that the partner also resells the GLPI Network professional subscription as part of  accompaniment and follow-up of its commercial activity (processing of leads sent, signings to come…).

Tasks:

  • Prospect and win new customers,
  • Detect and qualify needs,
  • Make commercial offers,
  • Negotiate and close the deals,
  • Carry out the regular reporting,
  • Be in constant contact with our partners.

Your skills:

  • You naturally a good communicator with strong negotiating skills,
  • You are organised and rigorous,
  • You know how to demonstrate autonomy but also know how to regularly make accounts,
  • You are comfortable with written and oral communication
  • You are comfortable with software and IT tools in general (Internet, CRM, Office…).

Your profile:

  • You speak English
  • You have a commercial training (BAC+2/+3 minimum) or equivalent
  • You must have significant commercial experience
  • You quickly learn and integrate new information/processes
  • You already have experience with a software publisher or a service company

You should be based in France, remote work is possible.

Full-stack PHP developer

Mission:

We are looking for an experienced full-stack PHP developer to support the maintenance, modernization and evolution of popular open source software.

Within an international editor department, you will join the “core” development team, work with the support and communication teams and interact with many contributors & external users.

The team is mainly based in Caen but works remotely as well, so remote work is possible. 

As the software maintainer, you will:

  • develop product functionality (and its ecosystem) with robust and extensible code,
  • migrate the “legacy” components of the solution to a modern stack,
  • participate in the review of the code submitted by your colleagues,
  • fix bugs reported by the community and professional support customers.

Your profile: 

  • Several years of full stack development experience
  • You have a good knowledge of the PHP ecosystem (Composer, Symfony, PSR), but not exclusive to a particular technology
  • Flexible in web development
  • You ensure a regular technical monitoring
  • You know how to produce efficient, clear, documented and tested code
  • You are autonomous, but know how to work in a team
  • You are fluent in technical English, have excellent writing in French and comfortable to talk directly to customers / partners

As part of our professional offer GLPI Network (on-premise, Cloud) and in collaboration with the other members of the TECLIB infrastructure / Cloud team, you will carry out the following missions:

  • Advanced technical support in a Linux environment (system, network, application)
  • You will develop and/or maintain scripts and automation tools for the deployment of GLPI Network Cloud instances (Public/Private)
  • You will be in charge of the technical improvement project of our GLPI Network Cloud (Public/Private) offer for large volumes
  • You will write documentation / procedures

Your profile: 

  • You have a solid experience in a similar position with technologies related to containers and the Cloud environment;
  • You master the Linux environment for WEB architectures;
  • You know how to produce efficient, clear, documented and tested code;

We are looking for an experienced Go developer to take on a background Perl agent rewrite project.

The objective is to take over all the functionalities of the old program in a more popular language. You will join the “core” development team, work with the support and communication teams and interact with many contributors & external users.
